Property agency involves the management of land: acquisition, development, and
disposal.
APL offers the following consultancy for property agencies:
a): Property Acquisition
Under property acquisition, we provide support for:
- Property identification – As experts in land, APL is able to provide support in ground identification of properties to ensure what is said to be the property is the actual property.
- Due diligence – In order to provide peace of mind and assurance for purchase, APL offers Due diligence as part of its consultancy package. In due diligence, assertions made about the property in question are verified by undertaking research on them. Due diligence is important in protecting investments.
- Conveyancing – In coordination with our partners, APL also provides conveyancing services for the purchase of the property.
b): Property development
Under property development, APL provides consultancy for sectional property surveys,
subdivision surveys, amalgamation surveys, and extension/renewal of lease surveys.
c): Property Disposal
Under property disposal, APL provides consultancy in coordination with our partners to
facilitate the conveyancing process and in some instances identify sellers and buyers.
