Cadastral Surveys cover all types of surveys carried out for the purpose of determining the boundaries and producing maps that are used in real property registration. Under cadastral surveys, we offer consultation in:
a): Sectional Property Surveys
Sectional Properties refer to multiple units defined on the same property, these include apartments in flats and commercial spaces in storied buildings. It is the division of buildings into units to be owned by individual proprietors and common property to be owned by proprietors of the units as tenants in common and to provide for the use and management of the units and common property and for connected purposes.
• Mixed-use scheme: Can be applied to developments of the different user on a parcel of land i.e., Maisonettes, bungalows, low-rise buildings, semi-detached housing, offices, and other commercial use, etc.

Resort sectional property schemes: Hotels, resorts.
• Town Houses and Villas: Can be applied in zones that do not allow subdivision of land below a certain acreage, but allows for increased densities. APL is able to carry out these surveys and process individual titles for each unit in the buildings.
b): Fixed Boundary Surveys
Fixed Boundary Surveys are surveys carried out to establish the boundaries of properties registered under the Land Registration Act LRA Act. They are of high accuracy up to ± 0.02m. AMS is committed to undertaking your Fixed Boundary Surveys to high accuracy and in a timely and cost-effective manner.
c): General Boundary Surveys
General Boundary Surveys are surveys carried out to establish the boundaries of properties registered under the Land Registration Act (2012). These properties mostly cover agricultural land.
